Our Ministry Strategy consists of a fourfold process through which we believe Jesus Christ can transform students' lives from the inside out!

Know 


• God desires that all know Him through His Son Jesus Christ (John 17:1-3 and Jer. 9:23-24).

• God then desires that we will know Him more intimately everyday (Phil 3:7-10).

• Everything that we do in insideout Student Ministries is to point people to God through Jesus Christ.

Grow

• Growing in Christ means to increase in your knowledge of Christ (Eph. 4:13-15), your love for Him (Matt. 22:37), and in obedience to Him (John 14:15).
• This best takes place through the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Bible study, worship, and fellowship.
• Sunday mornings we break up into classes by age group and Sunday nights we all come together to grow in our relationship with Him.

Serve

• God has given every person a S.H.A.P.E. (Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences).
• No one can serve God like you because of your unique S.H.A.P.E.
• Every Christian is a minister and is commanded to serve (I Cor. 12).
• On Wednesday nights we give students the opportunity to use their S.H.A.P.E. to serve Him through our ministry teams.

Share

• Every believer is commanded to reach the lost (Matt. 28: 18-20).
• We challenge and equip are students to be effective witnesses for Him.
• We believe the best way for our students to share their faith is one-on-one with others when they see their genuine love them and transformed life. 
• When a person is saved they now begin their journey of spiritual transformation.
